I have been involved in the polygraph field for over 20 years and have conducted several thousand examinations. My experience conducting polygraphs in criminal, civil, supervision and domestic areas has allowed me to testify on numerous occasions as an expert in the field. All polygraphs are conducted with state of the art computerized equipment, the sensitivity and accuracy of which requires that it carry an ITAR restriction to prevent it being exported out of the United States. In the states that do not readily admit polygraph evidence, such as Texas, polygraphs are common and are used in the plea negotiation process.
