Private Investigation

Just as the District Attorney relies on law enforcement to conduct the investigation on their behalf, you can hire a private investigator to conduct the investigation on your behalf. I have over 33 years experience conducting complex criminal investigations. If you  or a loved one has been charged with a criminal offense, you need to level the playing field and hire a competent investigator to locate and interview witnesses that were missed or ignored by the police. You need to make sure that the crime scene was investigated thoroughly and properly and that no exculpatory evidence was missed or ignored. My list of exonerated clients speaks for itself.

Polygraph

Criminal, Civil, Sex Offender Supervision, Domestic (Relationship & Infidelity) Cases

I have been involved in the polygraph field for over 20 years and have conducted several thousand examinations. My experience conducting polygraphs in criminal, civil, supervision and domestic areas has allowed me to testify on numerous occasions as an expert in the field. All polygraphs are conducted with state of the art computerized equipment, the sensitivity and accuracy of which requires that it carry an ITAR restriction to prevent it being exported out of the United States. A common misperception is that polygraph evidence is inaccurate and unreliable. The actuality is that polygraph evidence is used regularly by numerous federal agencies and is readily accepted as evidence in state courts in several jurisdictions. The State of New Mexico includes a section in the Rules of Evidence (11-707) which provides the guidelines for acceptance as evidence. The US Government is the largest employer of polygraph examiners and is the largest consumer of polygraph evidence. Convicted sex offenders are mandated by the US government and all 50 states to undergo periodic polygraph examinations to ensure that they are compliant with treatment programs and supervision. In the states that do not readily admit polygraph evidence, such as Texas, polygraphs are common and are used in the plea negotiation process. We specialize in relationship and infidelity polygraphs and work with individuals as well as therapeutic providers to resolve relationship issues. Get peace of mind, know the truth, restore trust in the relationship.
