Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations with no future plans to reschedule will be refunded in full, minus any credit card processing fees, as long as notice is provided at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time of the appointment. Examinations are not double-booked, the appointment time is reserved at the time of the deposit, which prevents booking of other clients for that time slot. Cancellations, including no calls and no shows, without twenty-four (24) hours notice will not be refunded and the deposit will be forfeited. Credit card fees are typically around 3% of the price. These are collected by the credit card processor and are not refundable regardless of the reason.
Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, contact me at least twenty-four hours prior to your appointment and let me know and I will get your appointment rescheduled to a date and time that works for all parties. The deposit will be continued without issue. Emergency situations that occur outside of the party's control will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please let me know as soon as something happens if it will impact your ability to keep your appointment.
